Bocca Nera is a new hospitality concept located in the beautiful Bonnefant area of Hasselt.
Aperitivo & shared dining’ are the central themes of the cuisine. This simplicity also extends to the interior, where a limited palette of materials has been chosen. In response to the architecture of the Z33 museum across the street, terracotta plays a prominent role in the interior. Cemented beige walls, complemented by upholstered benches in earth tones, bring the sun inside. The central bench with a large planter and an abundance of pendant lights create a beautiful spectacle in the warm space. The traditional pizza oven and charming bottle wall are tangible and visible from every seat in the restaurant. The carefully selected china is filled by the chef in such a way as to bring true works of art to the table. The purity and simplicity of the interior match the delicacy of the food served. The neon lighting of the logo is an eye-catcher in the Mediterranean setting. We are also grateful that everything is part of a total concept, including the graphic design of the menus and printed materials.
